<br /> the sanitizer solution to fill the buckets and the sanitizing compartment to sanitize utensils and food contact surfaces. Repair/
<br /> replace water faucet unit in 1 week.
<br /> I observe a temporary hose connected to 3 comp to drain the waste water in the floor sink underneath the prep sink.As per
<br /> person in charge,there is a clogging at the 3 comp sink station. Fix the plumbing issue and replace the temporary hose with
<br /> approved draining pipe that drain the waste water in the underneath floor sink. Correct in 1 week.
<br /> Mop sink is leaking from the hot knob when water is turned on. Fix leakage in 1 week.

<br /> floor surfaces,other than the customer service areas,shall be approved,smooth,durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is
