This information was required to be submitted by 8/1/2025. This <br /> information was received on 4/21/2026, 262 days late. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: 2712(f) (f)Within 30 days of receiving an inspection report from either the local agency or <br /> the special inspector, the permit holder shall implement the corrections specified in the inspection report and comply with <br /> the permit conditions. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Ensure for future reports that a written response documenting corrective actions taken or <br /> proposed is submitted and all corrections implemented within 30 days of receiving an inspection report for minor <br /> violations and 60 days for all other violations. <br /> This is a (Class 2)Violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the email RTC@SJGOV.ORG with a <br /> statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by August 12, 2026 for minor violations (30 days) or by September 11, 2026 for all other violations (60 <br /> days). <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead of <br /> having them sign. <br /> Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
