The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for PEARL CROP INC as of May 08, 2026. <br />Open violations from October 02, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #6 - 3010010 - Signed copy of Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest kept for 3 years. <br />OBSERVATION 1: According to EH&S Manager Jackie Serra, the facility utilizes a third party contractor for <br />maintenance. The contractor removes all waste generated from site including used oil. No invoices were available for <br />review during the inspection. If the used oil is not being disposed of on a uniform hazardous waste manifest or a <br />consolidated manifest, the following documentation needs to be kept for each facility to show that the repair business <br />is following California Health and Safety Code Section 25250.12 under Article 13 of Management of Used Oil: <br />-The amount of used oil generated showing that no more than 55 gallons is transferred in the vehicle at any one time <br />-The address information on where used oil is being transported to <br />-The date the used oil is generated <br />OBSERVATION 2: According to EH&S Manager Jackie Serra, the facility utilizes San Joaquin County Household <br />Hazardous Waste facility to dispose of all other hazardous waste streams including used absorbent . No disposal <br />records or other supporting documentation was available for review during the inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br />with section 66262.23(a) for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br />which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br />waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: For observation 1, immediately submit the invoices from the third party contactor for used oil <br />for 10/2/2022 through 10/2/2025. For observation 2, immediately submit disposal records or other supporting <br />documentation of all hazardous waste taken to San Joaquin County Household Hazardous Waste Facility between <br />10/2/2022 and 10/2/2025. If there are no used oil or other hazardous waste disposal records, immediately start <br />maintaining all records. <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #8 - 3010013 - All consolidated manifest requirements are met. <br />OBSERVATION: According to EH&S Manager Jackie Serra, the facility utilizes a third party contractor for <br />maintenance. The contractor removes all waste generated from site including used oil. No invoices were available for <br />review during the inspection.
