The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for STOCKTON GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB as of May 13, 2026. <br />Open violations from March 13, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #8 - 3010013 - All consolidated manifest requirements are met. <br />OBSERVATION: The facility could not provide all of the consolidated manifest receipts for hazardous waste <br />transported from the site in the past three years. The missing receipts include: <br />-Receipt related to UHWM 026705467JJK <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. This <br />period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding the <br />regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years from <br />the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). If the <br />receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for three <br />years. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #23 - 3030007 - Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers were: <br />-The 55-gallon drum labeled "Used Oil", approximately 1/2 full, was missing the accumulation start date <br />-The oil drain contained used in the maintenance shop was observed to be missing the accumulation start date or an <br />"Empty Daily" label. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br />“Hazardous Waste”, name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br />accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
