The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for STOCKTON GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB as of May 13, 2026. <br />Open violations from March 13, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #26 - 3030017 - Containers of hazardous waste closed except when adding or removing waste. <br />OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site: <br />-Multiple retail size oil containers cut into drip pans and metal oil filters were observed stacked on top of a portable oil <br />drain inside the shop <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and storage , <br />except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br />when not adding or removing waste. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #48 - 3010022 - Posted emergency information next to the telephone. <br />OBSERVATION: Modified contingency plan information was not posted at the facility. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas <br />directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number <br />of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of <br />the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the modified contingency plan information or keep a copy of a complete <br />consolidated emergency response / contingency plan on-site. Provide a statement to the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Page 3 of 4
