The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for STOCKTON GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB as of May 13, 2026. <br />Open violations from March 13, 2025 inspection <br />Violation #50 - 3030032 - Facility equipped with all required emergency equipment. <br />OBSERVATION: The facility is not equipped with the following equipment: <br />-A spill kit was not observed at the facility <br />-A fire extinguisher was observed missing from it 's designated location inside the shop <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All facilities shall be equipped with the following, unless it can be demonstrated to the <br />Department that none of the hazards posed by waste handled at the facility could require a particular kind of <br />equipment specified below: (a) an internal communications or alarm system capable of providing immediate <br />emergency instruction (voice or signal) to facility personnel; (b) a device, such as a telephone (immediately available <br />at the scene of operations) or a hand-held two-way radio, capable of summoning emergency assistance from local <br />police departments, fire departments, or State or local emergency response teams; (c) portable fire extinguishers, fire <br />control equipment (including special extinguishing equipment, such as that using foam, inert gas, or dry chemicals), <br />spill control equipment, and decontamination equipment; and (d) water at adequate volume and pressure to supply <br />water hose streams, or foam producing equipment, or automatic sprinklers, or water spray systems . <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately install the following equipment: fire extinguishers. Provide a corrective action <br />statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #51 - 3030034 - Tests and maintains all required safety equipment at the facility. <br />OBSERVATION: Liquid was observed in the secondary containment pallet in the 55-gallon drum hazardous waste <br />storage area. A fire extinguisher was observed inside the shop with the last annual maintenance date of April 2017. <br />Another fire extinguisher was observed outside the shop adequately charged but missing its annual maintenance tag. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All facility communications or alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control <br />equipment, and decontamination equipment, where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br />its proper operation in time of emergency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the [LIST EQUIPMENT] into proper working order by repair, replacement or testing. <br />Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Page 4 of 4
