Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />April 29, 2026 <br />Facility Address: <br />24323 N HWY 99, ACAMPOJAHANT FOOD N FUEL STOP <br />Facility Name: <br />Environmental Health Department <br />56 22 CCR 12 66262.16(b)(6)(A) 3030030-Maintains and operates the facility to minimize the possibility of <br />fire/explosion/release <br />OBSERVATION: Layers of dark staining were observed at the base of the diesel dispensers and surrounding areas. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br />possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous waste <br />constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately clean stains. Manage the waste according to Title 22 California Code of <br />Regulations for hazardous waste. A complete report was finished <br />on 5/15/2026 and replaces the initial checklist. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting paperwork <br />by June 14, 2026. <br />Starting July 1, 2025, all in-office CERS help will be provided at the EHD hourly rate ($179).
