The ID number CAL000282527 is inactive and expired 6/30/2021. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for <br />transportation, hazardous waste without having received an Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Identification (ID) <br />Number. A State EPA ID number is required for generators of less than 100 kg RCRA hazardous waste per month, less <br />than one kg of acutely hazardous waste per month or any amount of non-RCRA hazardous waste. ID numbers are <br />unique to a business and site location. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ to <br />obtain an ID number .
