The following is an itemized list of violations that have not been addressed for METAL <br /> FINISHING SOLUTIONS - STOCKTON CA as of April 06, 2026. <br /> Open violations from November 04, 2025 inspection <br /> OBSERVATION: The following RCRA waste has been on site too long. Per Vice President,Allan Rodriguez,the waste <br /> is being disposed of as D002.Allan stated that the waste that has been on site too long has not been picked up <br /> because he anticipates it being very expensive.The wastes include: <br /> -One 55-gallon drum containing alkaline sludge stage 2 with an accumulation start date of 4/2/25 was observed <br /> -One 55-gallon drum containing alkaline sludge stage 2 with an accumulation start date of 4/3/25 was observed <br /> -One tote containing sodium hydroxide spill cleanup with an accumulation start date of 4/24/25 was observed <br /> -One tote containing stage 2 spent alkaline with an accumulation start date of 4/22/25 per a list of all hazardous waste <br /> containers on site provided by Allan <br /> -One tote containing stage 2 spent alkaline with an accumulation start date of 4/24/25 per a list of all hazardous waste <br /> containers on site provided by Allan <br /> -One 55-gallon drum containing sodium hydroxide droppings with an accumulation start date of 4/25/25 per a list of all <br /> hazardous waste containers on site provided by Allan <br /> -One 55-gallon drum containing stage 5 spent deox with an accumulation start date of 5/14/25 per a list of all <br /> hazardous waste containers on site provided by Allan <br /> -One 55-gallon drum containing stage 5 spent deox with an accumulation start date of 7/12/25 per a list of all <br /> hazardous waste containers on site provided by Allan <br /> -One tote containing stage 5 spent deox with an accumulation start date of 7/12/25 per a list of all hazardous waste <br /> containers on site provided by Allan <br /> (Continued in Overall Inspection Comments section at bottom of report) <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> OBSERVATION: This facility does not have a Biennial Report for the year 2024 available for review during the <br /> inspection. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Title 22 California Code of Regulations sections 66262.40 and 66262.42. Reports are due <br /> by March 1 st of each even year for the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately prepare and submit the required Biennial Reports. Go to the California <br /> Department of Toxic Substances Control website for guidance: https://dtsc.ca.gov/biennial-reports-information/. <br /> Provide a corrective action statement, a copy of the Biennial Reports and supporting documentation to the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Page 7 of 7 <br />
