The following is an itemized list of violations that have not been addressed for METAL <br /> FINISHING SOLUTIONS - STOCKTON CA as of April 06, 2026. <br /> Open violations from November 04, 2025 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> OBSERVATION: The following emergency response equipment was not maintained: <br /> -The spill kit drum near the chemical storage area was observed to be empty <br /> -Multiple fire extinguishers were observed with annual maintenance dates of August 14, 2023 <br /> -The secondary containment of the wastewater treatment area was observed to have a build up of white and yellow <br /> crystalized material, sludge, and wet staining <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:All facility communications or alarm systems,fire protection equipment, spill control <br /> equipment, and decontamination equipment,where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br /> its proper operation in time of emergency. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring all emergency response equipment into proper working order by repair, replacement or <br /> testing.
