CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-2600162 <br /> GLENN C. BURGIN AND CHERI BURGIN,TRUSTEES OF THE 2006 BURGIN FAMILY TRUST/ <br /> QUARTAROLI&ASSOCIATES <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-2600162 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on July 2, 2026, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire July 2, <br /> 2029,which is 36 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment <br /> has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT(Contact Staff: (209)468-3121) <br /> a. APPROVAL:This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment between two parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated November 19, 2025. <br /> b. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT:A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior <br /> to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant <br /> properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the <br /> Community Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and <br /> signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-511.050[b]) <br /> c. LOT WIDTH: The following requirements shall apply: <br /> 1. Parcel 2 shall have a minimum lot width of 330 feet, measured at the front yard setback <br /> line. (Development Title Section 9-203.030) <br /> 2.
