Parcel one shall maintain <br /> wastewater service through an existing sewer system, water service through an <br /> existing well system, and natural stormwater drainage. Parcel 2 will continue <br /> agricultural use with no wastewater or water services, and natural storm drainage. This <br /> project site is not under a Williamson Act Contract; located east of S Holt Rd., <br /> approximately 900' south of W Jacobs Rd., Stockton. <br /> (Supervisorial District 3) <br /> OWNERS: Glenn C.
