Within the report, Trileaf identified the following recognized <br /> environmental condition (REC): <br /> • Due to the lack of information about the current status of the Underground Storage Tank(UST), <br /> and the unknown location of the UST, the lack of information associated with the UST on the <br /> parent parcel represents a REC with respect to the Subject Property. <br /> The primary COCs in the soil are volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and total petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> (TPH) gasoline range organics (GRO), diesel range organics (DRO), and oil range organics (ORO), and <br /> Lead. Based on the depth to groundwater in the area at around 90-feet below ground surface, soil will be <br /> the only medial encountered and sampled during this event. <br /> The Subject Property currently consists of pasture land on a residential parcel. Verizon Wireless is <br /> proposing to install a telecommunications tower and associated equipment within the boundaries of the <br /> below outlined site plan. <br />
