The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW LQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for FLAG CITY TRUCK SERVICE as of April 21, 2026. <br /> Open violations from June 19, 2025 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#65-3030031 -Maintains and operates the facility to minimize the possibility of <br /> fire/explosion/release. <br /> OBSERVATION: The area underneath the Oil filter crusher has absorbent material spread around on the ground. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br /> waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately clean the area underneath the Oil filter crusher. Manage the waste according to <br /> Title 22 California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste.
