Project Closeout <br /> Completing a project requires procedures to close out Project Contractual and Administrative activities. The closeout process <br /> ensures all documentation is finalized and any Contractual Obligations are met. The Project is ready for close-out once it has <br /> been accepted by the end user organization. Project close-out is complete after all physical, regulatory, contractual, and <br /> financial close-out activities are complete. <br /> 19.1 Health and Safety File <br /> The Health and Safety File will normally include: <br /> ■ Brief description of the work carried out. <br /> ■ Residual hazards which remain and how they have been dealt with(e.g. surveys, or information on asbestos, <br /> contaminated land,water bearing strata, buried services etc.). <br /> ■ Key structural principles incorporated in the design (e.g. bracing)safe working loads etc. <br /> ■ Any hazards associated with the materials used. <br /> ■ Nature, location, and markings of significant services including underground cables, gas supplies,firefighting etc. <br /> ■ Information and 'as built' drawings including safe access to and from confined spaces etc. <br /> ■ Daily Tailgate Meeting Forms <br /> ■ Lessons Learned <br /> ©AECOM Restricted <br /> Universal Heath and Safety Plan Template(S4[DSC]AM-209-FM2-C) 69 <br /> Revision 15 October 18,2023 <br /> PRINTED COPIES ARE UNCONTROLLED.CONTROLLED COPY IS AVAILABLE ON COMPANY INTRANET. <br />
