Murphy and McMahan: <br /> Please find attached a revised Groundwater Data Gaps Site Investigation <br /> Technical Memorandum and Response to Comments for Rough and Ready <br /> Island (RRI) located in Stockton, California for your approval. The Port of <br /> Stockton (Port) received comments on the Groundwater Data Gaps Site <br /> Investigation Technical Memorandum submitted on December 14, 2018 <br /> from the California Environmental Protection Agency Department of Toxic <br /> Substances Control (DTSC) on January 31, 2019 and the Central Valley <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) on January 7, 2019.
