The County requires regulatory approval letters for the proposed <br /> work be submitted as part of the boring permit applications. The County is <br /> currently taking three to five weeks to approve boring permit applications <br /> once received. The tentative schedule provided below assumes that written <br /> authorization from DTSC and the RWQCB of the work proposed in the <br /> attached Groundwater Data Gaps Investigation Technical Memorandum will <br /> be received within one week, the County will issue approved boring permits <br /> within four weeks of receipt of the applications, and the fieldwork will take <br /> six weeks to complete: <br /> • March 15, 2019 — Receive written authorization from DTSC and the <br /> RWQCB to conduct the work proposed in the attached Groundwater <br /> Data Gaps Site Investigation Technical Memorandum. Submit the <br /> boring permit applications to the County with DTSC and RWQCB <br /> approval letters upon receipt. <br /> • April 12, 2019 — Anticipated approval of boring permits from the <br /> County assuming four weeks for approval, and the boring permit <br /> application submittals are submitted with DTSC and RWQCB approval <br /> letters by March 15, 2019. <br /> • April 15, 2019 through May 24, 2019 — Conduct the data gaps <br /> investigation fieldwork upon receipt of approved boring permits from <br /> the County. Completion of the fieldwork by May 24, 2019 is pending <br /> weather conditions allowing for access to all of the proposed grab- <br /> groundwater sample locations. <br /> • August 22, 2019 — Submit the Groundwater Annual Monitoring Report <br /> including the data gaps investigation results within 90 days of <br /> completion of the data gaps investigation fieldwork in accordance <br /> with the RWQCB and DTSC approved 2018 Groundwater Monitoring <br /> Work Plan. <br />
