SCHEDULE AND REPORTING <br /> Pending approval of this GMWP by DTSC and the RWQCB, groundwater monitoring is <br /> planned to be conducted in the third quarter 2018, when VOC concentrations have <br /> historically been seasonally the highest at RRI. After collection and analysis of the third <br /> quarter 2018 groundwater samples from monitoring wells the EVS® model will be <br /> updated and the data gaps will be re-evaluated based on the 2018 results. A technical <br /> memorandum with updated figures and tables of the proposed locations and depths of the <br /> grab-groundwater samples based on the 2018 results will be provided to DTSC and <br /> RWQCB for review and approval. Based on the results of grab-groundwater sampling, <br /> permanent well installations may be proposed for future groundwater monitoring, and/or <br /> additional grab-groundwater sample locations may be proposed. The grab-groundwater <br /> results and proposed locations for new monitoring wells and/or additional grab- <br /> groundwater samples will be provided to DTSC and the RWQCB in a technical <br /> memorandum for review and approval. The new groundwater monitoring wells will be <br /> installed following DTSC and RWQCB approval of the proposed well locations and <br /> construction details. <br /> The 2018 Annual Groundwater Monitoring Report will be submitted to DTSC and <br /> RWQCB within 90 days of completion of the 2018 grab-groundwater sampling field <br /> activities. The report will include updated 3D EVS® model figures of the cis-1,2-DCE <br /> and VC distribution based on the 2018 groundwater monitoring well and grab- <br /> groundwater sample results, updated hydrographs, and VOC concentration over time <br /> graphs. The 2018 groundwater monitoring results will be used to monitor the extent of <br /> VOCs and TPH in groundwater and may be used in the future for the Rl/FS. <br /> RRI Groundwater Monitoring Work Plan 31 1 June 2018 <br />
