The responses are consistent with the discussion in the <br /> meeting conducted with the CVRWQCB on November 18, 2022 between representatives of the <br /> CVRWQCB, Tesoro Logistics Operations LLC, and AECOM.As such, the responses to comments below <br /> are considered to be amendments and additions to the PFAS Work Plan dated August 31, 2021, as <br /> agreed in the November 18, 2022, meeting. <br /> The CVRWQCB comments' are shown in italics below followed by our responses. <br /> Comment 1: Section 2.1 of the Work Plan briefly describes two existing and one historical FFSs. <br /> Please provide the following additional information for each system: <br /> a. Drawings or schematics of the system layout. <br /> b. Contingency measures, if available, to prevent chemical releases (e.g., leak detection systems, <br /> secondary containments, and the presence of liners). <br /> c. Records of past(annual) testing or use events, including the time, names and quantities of foams <br /> used, and waste disposal practices in each event. <br /> d. Copies of safety data sheets for the foams historically or currently stored or used on Site. <br /> Response: <br /> a. The available schematics of the fire foam system (FFS)at the West Terminal and East Annex are <br /> attached as Figures 1 and 2, respectively.These two attachments represent the extent of the available <br /> schematics and drawings pertaining to the FFS. <br /> b. There are three storage locations at Tesoro Stockton, shown on Figure 3(West Terminal)and Figure 4 <br /> (East Annex).
