Eurofins Lancaster is certified for the analyses specified in Section 4.1 <br /> and holds DOD ELAP accreditation. <br /> AECOM acknowledges that it understands and agrees to the measurement quality objectives <br /> defined by Eurofins Lancaster which will be used for the project. Laboratory QC measures for <br /> standards, blanks, calibration, analyte identification, and quantitation will be performed as <br /> specified by the analytical method, DOD QSM version 5.3 (DoD, 2019), this SAP, and Eurofins <br /> Lancaster's Quality Assurance Manual (available upon request). <br /> Soil and water reporting limits will be less than or equal to those reported in Table 1. <br /> AECOM <br /> 11 <br />
