1. Spaces shall be a minimum 25 feet in length and 12 feet in width-and shall have minimum-height clearance of 14 feet. All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash,shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-ways. This screening shall be between 6 and 8 feet in height. Items stored within 100 feet of a public street, or a Residential zone shall not be stacked higher than 2 feet above the adjacent screen. Exceptions can be approved by the Zoning Administrator. (Development Title Section 9-400.040[d][3][C][i]) 3. All exterior electrical cage enclosures and storage tanks shall be screened from view from adjacent public streets and Residential zones. (Development Title Section 9-400.040[d][3][C][ii]) k. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: 1. All off-street parking areas where the parking area is used at night shall be provided with exterior lighting. (Development Title Section 9-406.060[m]) 2. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted,except onto public roads, provided, however,that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists.
