1. Spaces shall be a minimum 25 feet in length and 12 feet in width-and shall have minimum-height <br /> clearance of 14 feet. A minimum 10-foot-wide setback shall be maintained along all interior lot lines. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-406.080[e][1]) <br /> h. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> 1. Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles, except-that in no case shall driveways designated as fire <br /> department access be less than twenty(20)feet wide.-(Development Title Section 9-406.060[n][1 j) <br /> i. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with-the following: <br /> 1. This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance <br /> Requirement per California Code of Regulations-, Title 23, Division 2, Chapter 2.7. <br /> 2. All required front and street-facing side setbacks, except for areas used for driveways and <br /> entries, shall be landscaped. (Development Title Section 9-402.030[a]) <br /> 3. A 10-foot-wide landscape buffer shall be installed and maintained along the north property line <br /> of APN 193-020-62 project site-and-the adjacent residential-use (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 402.030[b][1]) <br /> 4. A minimum 10-foot-wide landscaped strip along South French Camp Road respecting the <br /> ultimate right-of-way width-of South French Camp Road, shall be installed across the frontage <br /> of the project site. This screening shall be <br /> between 6 and 8 feet in height. Items stored within 100 feet of a public street, or a Residential <br /> zone shall not be stacked higher than 2 feet above the adjacent screen. Exceptions can be <br /> approved by the Zoning Administrator. (Development Title Section 9-400.040[d][3][C][i]) <br /> 3. All exterior electrical cage enclosures and storage tanks shall be screened from view from adjacent <br /> public streets and Residential zones. (Development Title Section 9-400.040[d][3][C][ii]) <br /> k. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1. All off-street parking areas where the parking area is used at night shall be provided with exterior <br /> lighting. (Development Title Section 9-406.060[m]) <br /> 2. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted,except onto public roads, provided, however,that such light shall <br /> not cause a hazard to motorists.
