The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for TRACY CHEVROLET as of June 18, 2026. <br />Open violations from August 13, 2024 inspection <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #12 - 3030053 - Kept records of any test results, waste analyses, or other determinations. <br />OBSERVATION: The brake lathe shavings, waste fuel, oily solids/absorbents waste is being disposed of as <br />non-hazardous waste. The business operator does not have hazardous waste determination records that support the <br />current handling and disposal of the waste. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A business operator shall keep records of any hazardous waste determinations made in <br />accordance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR) section 66262.11 for at least three years from the date <br />that the waste was last sent to an on-site or off-site treatment, storage, or disposal facility. The records may include <br />Safety Data Sheets (SDS), waste test results or other hazardous waste determination documentation. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Assemble the hazardous waste determination documentation for the brake lathe shavings, <br />waste fuel, oily solids/absorbents waste, maintain on site and submit a copy to the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department (EHD). If hazardous waste determination documentation is not available, <br />immediately make a hazardous waste determination and begin managing the brake lathe shavings, waste fuel, oily <br />solids/absorbents as specified in Title 22 CCR. Use Safety Data Sheets (SDS), waste sampling and test results or <br />other knowledge to support your hazardous waste determination. Waste testing must be done using methods <br />specified in Title 22 CCR including sections 66261.20-24. Submit a statement and supporting documentation with <br />your hazardous waste determination. Demonstrate current storage and labeling for wastes determined to be <br />hazardous wastes. Provide disposal records for wastes determined to be hazardous wastes and stored longer than <br />the number of days specified in Title 22 CCR for your hazardous waste generator status. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #21 - 3030010 - Disposed of hazardous waste within 180 days of accumulation start date. <br />OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br />greater than 180 days: One 55 gallon black steel drum of oily solids was observed at the service department with <br />accumulation start date of 08/28/20. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br />compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br />disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> <br />Page 2 of 5
