The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for TRACY CHEVROLET as of June 18, 2026. <br />Open violations from August 13, 2024 inspection <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #23 - 3030007 - Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers were: <br />One 55 gallon black steel drum of non metal filters was observed at the service department with an illegible label. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br />“Hazardous Waste”, name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br />accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br />action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />within 30 days. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #26 - 3030017 - Containers of hazardous waste closed except when adding or removing waste. <br />OBSERVATION: The following open hazardous waste storage containers were observed on-site: One 55 gallon drum <br />of drain metal oil filters was observed at the service department not bolted with a metal ring. <br /> <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A container holding hazardous waste shall always be closed during transfer and storage , <br />except when it is necessary to add or remove waste. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately close these containers and ensure all hazardous waste containers are closed <br />when not adding or removing waste. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> <br />Page 3 of 5
