The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for TRACY CHEVROLET as of June 18, 2026. <br />Open violations from August 13, 2024 inspection <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #29 - 3030058 - Empty containers > 5 gallons properly managed. <br />OBSERVATION: Observed one empty 55-gallon black steel drum near scrap metal recycling area without empty <br />date. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Empty containers which previously held a hazardous material, including hazardous waste <br />must be managed per Title 22 California Code of Regulations (CCR) section 66261.7. Refer to this section and <br />California Department of Toxic Substances Control guidance for more information . <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label all empty containers with the date they were emptied and manage within <br />one year of that date. Manage the container per Title 22 CCR section 66261.7. Provide a corrective action statement <br />and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Violation #33 - 3030028 - Weekly inspections of the hazardous waste tank system conducted. <br />OBSERVATION: This facility has a hazardous waste tank but no weekly tank inspection records for the past three <br />years were provided at the time of inspection. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations section 262.16 <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately start to inspect the hazardous waste tanks as required by this section. Provide <br />a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br />Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Page 4 of 5
