Personnel training records may accompany personnel transferred within the same company. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately provide proof that all employees who work with hazardous waste have been properly trained in compliance with the time frames and training materials required by this section. In addition, provide a written description showing the type and amount of both introductory and continuing training that is required for employees. Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. This is a Class II violation. 124 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report program data in the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS). OBSERVATION: The business owner changed to Lubezone Inc. in May 2019 and a submittal showing the business's hazardous waste activities has not been made on the California Electronic Reporting System (CERS) website. REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS website. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately report your business activities including the hazardous waste program on the CERS website. Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. This is a Class II violation.
