To maintain an <br />active Identification Number you must annually complete the Electronic Verification Questionnaire (eVQ). <br />- The Generators EPA ID CAL000333252 has not been maintained <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Failure to obtain or maintain an Identification Number prior to treating, storing, disposing of, <br />transporting or offering for transportation any hazardous waste. Maintenance of ID numbers must be annually verified by <br />using the Electronic Verification Questionnaire (eVQ) <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit documentation to the CUPA demonstrating that you have taken necessary steps to <br />reactivate an inactive number.
