The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for MOUNTAIN HOUSE CHEVRON as of June 18, 2026. <br /> Open violations from June 16, 2025 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#23-3030007-Labeled all containers or portable tanks containing hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The containers were: <br /> -One 55-gallon drum with a hazardous waste label missing the hazardous properties of the contents. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br /> "Hazardous Waste", name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br /> accumulation start date <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) <br /> within 30 days. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#38-3030004-Properly manages used oil filters and fuel filters. <br /> OBSERVATION: The facility transported a used fuel filter to Coleman Chevron at 510 New Haul Drive in San Jose for <br /> disposal.The facility did not transport the filter on a Bill of Lading. In addition, Bills of Lading for the recycling of used <br /> oil filters for the last two years were not found on site. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Persons generating,transporting, or receiving used drained metal oil or fuel filters shall use <br /> a bill of lading to record the transfer of used filters. Bills of lading must indicate generator,transporter, and receiving <br /> company names, addresses,telephone numbers,the quantity and size of used filter containers transferred, and the <br /> date of transfer. A copy of each bill of lading must be kept on the premises of the generator, transporter, and receiving <br /> facility where the used filters were handled. Copies of bills of lading shall be kept for a period of three years. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately begin using a Bill of Lading for the transport of drained fuel filters. A copy of each <br /> bill of lading must be kept on site for at least three years. Used, drained, metal filters not stored, handled and <br /> disposed of according to this section are regulated as hazardous waste. <br /> Provide a corrective action statement, bill of lading recycling records for two years and supporting documentation to <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. If there are no bills of lading for this <br /> facility, immediately start to leave one when the manager transports the waste. <br /> Page 3 of 5 <br />
