The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br /> addressed for MOUNTAIN HOUSE CHEVRON as of June 18, 2026. <br /> Open violations from June 16, 2025 inspection <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#48-3010022-Posted emergency information next to the telephone. <br /> OBSERVATION: Modified contingency plan information was not posted at the facility. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas <br /> directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number <br /> of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of <br /> the fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the modified contingency plan information or keep a copy of a complete <br /> consolidated emergency response/contingency plan on-site. Provide a statement to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑This violation will be corrected by(date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br /> Violation#53-3030030-Maintains and operates the facility to minimize the possibility of <br /> fire/explosion/release. <br /> OBSERVATION: Dark layers of staining were observed around the dispensers and in parking spaces on site.The <br /> facility store manager, Sunny Bhuttay, stated that the staining was likely due to the diesel dispenser hoses leaking <br /> and that they have to replace them routinely. He also stated that they can't use absorbent to cleanup spills around the <br /> dispensers due to the high winds in the area and that someone comes to power wash the stains. He stated that it had <br /> most recently been power washed several weeks ago. See photos IMG_1449, IMG_1450, and IMG_1451. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br /> waste constituents to air, soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately clean staining and begin to address spills as they occur. Manage the waste <br /> according to Title 22 California Code of Regulations for hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting <br /> documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department describing the storage and final <br /> disposition of the cleaned up waste. <br /> Page 4 of 5 <br />
