We have determined that this discharge is categorized as 2B, with a $5,668 annual fee. <br />Therefore, the RWD is to include a $5,668 check, made payable to the State Water Resources Control <br />Board. Please complete and return the Form 200, a check in the amount of the filing fee, and all <br />supporting information to this office so that we may initiate the WDR process. <br />California Registered Engineer. The RWD, at a minimum, shall address the Additional Questions; it shall <br />also include any additional information required to explain the site specific processes. <br />Alternatively, Stockton Sanitary Wash Rack may elect to discharge all wastewater to the City of Stockton <br />wastewater collection system. If such an option is selected, then Stockton Sanitary Wash Rack shall <br />submit a report describing the wastewater handling/storage procedures and be subject to inspections by <br />Regional Board staff to verify illegal discharges arc not occurring. By 24 November 2003, Stockton <br />Sanitary Wash Rack shall submit a report that describes how wastewater is disposed in a manner <br />compliant with the Water Code.
