Provide a water balance which evaluates the containment structures <br />ability to provide sufficient capacity on a month by month basis. Include monthly <br />evaporation, precipitation, and irrigation rates as well as monthly discharge volumes. <br />Rainfall shall be based on the 100-year return period total annual precipitation. <br />Describe management provisions that will be implemented to prevent the occurrence of <br />flies, mosquitoes, and odor nuisances and problems such as pond overflows (maintenance <br />plans, standby pumps or generators, and contingency plans, etc.). <br />Describe the storage and disposal of all solid wastes generated at the site. Include a <br />description of operation and maintenance procedures that prevent odor complaints, fly <br />breeding, or other nuisance condition.
