HAM LANE, <br /> LODI, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY; GEOTRACKER GLOBAL ID #T10000022552 <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff has reviewed the Soil Vapor Extraction Pilot Test Work <br /> Plan (Work Plan). Advanced Geo Inc. (AGI) submitted the Work Plan on your behalf for <br /> the Lakewood Plaza Former Dry Cleaner chlorinated volatile organic compounds <br /> (CVOCs) release case located at 306 N. Ham Lane in Lodi (Site). Staff also reviewed <br /> the following historical documents related to the Site, provided to Central Valley Water <br /> Board staff by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department staff: <br /> • Additional Subsurface Investigation Report, 31 July 2023, by Partner Engineering <br /> and Science Inc. <br /> • Site Assessment Report, 22 November 2023, by AGI <br /> • Additional Site Assessment Report, 29 January 2024, by AGI <br /> Upon review of the historical case data, Central Valley Water Board staff has <br /> determined that the data warrant opening a new case. Staff opened the Lakewood <br /> Plaza Former Dry Cleaner case on the State's GeoTracker online environmental <br /> database. A link to the GeoTracker webpage for this case is included below. Central <br /> Valley Water Board staff has uploaded the above listed historical reports and the Work <br /> Plan to the case page on GeoTracker. <br /> https://geotracker.waterboards.ca.gov/profile_report.asp?globaI_id=T10000022552 <br /> Central Valley Water Board staff has the following comments: <br /> 1. After reviewing the historical data for the Site, Central Valley Water Board staff <br /> concurs that a potential chlorinated hydrocarbons vapor intrusion risk exists at <br /> the Site, and that remediation is warranted.
