#18 -Open. I believe during the inspection you stating the facility is no longer recycling these
materials. If that's the case, you need to mark "No" to the "Excluded and/or Exempted
Materials" questions on the business activities page of CERS.
o If the facility is recycling these materials, the RMR form needs to be fixed. The Recyclable
Materials Report submitted to CERS 8/12/26 was not accepted for the following reasons:
section 11 on page 1 is incomplete and missing the mailing address of the generator of
recyclable material for both acetone and lem Strip; Boxes 526 and 527 were left blank on
page 2 of the Jem Strip form and box 526 was left blank on page 2 of the acetone form.
Please make the corrections and resubmit with a corrective action statement.
• #26 -Open. I don't see disposal records for the items listed in the violation. See full corrective
action guidance.
o Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 90 days in
compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action
statement and a copy of the disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental
Health Department (EHD) within 30 days.
#28 - Open. I see you changed the hazardous waste labels you will be using going forward, but for
this violation please either submit a photo of the corrected labels or disposal records to verify that
the containers have been removed from the site.
• #36- Closed 6/24/26
•
#65- Open. See full corrective action guidance.
o Contain hazardous materials to minimize the risk of release. Provide a corrective action
statement and supporting documentation describing the storage and final disposition of
the cleaned up waste to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within
30 days.
• #71, 73, and 84- Open. Disposal record and photos of current labels received but still need a
corrective action statement that addresses all 3.
Tiered Permitting- PBR Violations:
•
#4,6, and 7 -Open. Please see Carol's comments on your 6/25/26 Tiered Permitting CERS
submittal.
• #13 and 41 -Open. I haven't received any documentation verifying the PE has signed off to
confirm that all required recommendations have been implemented, and I can't find any
messages from Mike Blankenship as you mentioned.
• #18- Open. Corrective action statement needed.
Thanks,
