This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the waste was <br />accepted by the initial transporter. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years 8/5/2023 to 8/5/2026 for all <br />hazardous waste.
