The name and emergency <br />telephone number of the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material were not <br />listed on the plan. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas <br />directly involved in the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number of <br />the emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of the <br />fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the modified contingency plan information or keep a copy of a complete <br />consolidated emergency response / contingency plan on-site.
