The Retest was <br />conducted on 1/15/25, and no test was completed in October. Can you please rescind this violation? <br />#52 — Overfill inspections to be conducted every 36 months moving forward. Discussed with Tanknology. <br />#56 — See attached DO inspection report from September. Page 5 (Alarm Response Worksheet) explains that the L9 <br />vapor pot alarm was triggered during air quality testing, and the air quality test report form is attached on page 7. Please <br />advise if you'd like to discuss this item further or if you can remove this violation from your report. <br />#59 — No records of SB989 retest from October 2024. Retest from January 2025 placed onsite. <br />HMBP <br />CERS updated 6/25/25. <br />Hazwaste <br />#2 — Employees retrained on HMBP protocols. Latest training log attached. <br />#11— Employees retrained on HMBP protocols. Latest training log attached. <br />#48 — Contingency plan posted onsite and attached. <br />#50 — Operator replaced spill kit. Hazwaste drums are onsite. <br />#51— Operator replaced eyewash kit. <br />#53 — Employees retrained on HMBP protocols.
