On 7/30/26, Max Biglieri stated the <br />third party company takes all waste generated with them. <br />-On 8/5/26, Dino Biglieri stated the facility generates used oil and used oil/fuel filters. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance with <br />section 66262.23(a) for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility which <br />received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the waste was <br />accepted by the initial transporter. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records for the past three years (7/30/2023 through 7/30/2026) for all <br />hazardous waste including waste generated on site that a third party maintenance company takes with them. Provide <br />these records and a corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br />This is a (Class 2) Violation. <br />1868 E.
