The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for VALLEY TRANSPORT REFRIGERATION STOCKTON as of August 26, <br />2026. <br />Open violations from July 22, 2025 inspection <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />OBSERVATION: Containers of used metal oil or fuel filters out of compliance with the storage rules were observed <br />on-site. The following used metal oil filter containers were on-site: <br />- FIVE 5-gallon containers were found with crushed metal filters, the containers did not have a lid, no label, no <br />accumulation start date. <br />- ONE 55 gallon yellow container was found without a lid, no label, no accumulation start date. <br />NOT: Facility was unable to provide documentation to establish how long the containers have been on site. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.130 Management of Used Oil Filters. <br />California Health & Safety Code section 25250.22 Fuel Filters <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately drain all metal oil and fuel filters of free-flowing liquid, store them in closed, <br />rainproof containers. Label the container with the words “drained used oil filters” or "used gasoline filters", depending <br />on the contents. Mark the container with an accumulation start date. Dispose of all used filters stored on-site greater <br />than one year. Used filters not stored, handled and disposed of according to this section are regulated as hazardous <br />waste. Provide a corrective action statement, disposal records and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br /> <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />Page 9 of 14
