The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for VALLEY TRANSPORT REFRIGERATION STOCKTON as of August 26, <br />2026. <br />Open violations from July 22, 2025 inspection <br />Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: <br />¨ This violation will be corrected by (date): ¨ This violation was corrected <br />¨ Supporting documents included <br />OBSERVATION: A complete modified contingency plan with an assigned emergency coordinator was not posted at <br />the facility. <br />- Accountant Linda Jimenez stated that there is not currently an assigned Emergency Coordinator. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency coordinator or his designee must respond to any emergencies that arise. <br />The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas directly involved in the <br />generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number of the emergency <br />coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of the fire <br />department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the required information at the facility.
