The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for VALLEY TRANSPORT REFRIGERATION STOCKTON as of August 26, <br />2026. <br />Open violations from July 22, 2025 inspection <br />OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with no accumulation start date: <br />-> 1 black 55 gallon drum containing "Oily Solids" <br />-> 1 black 55 gallon drum containing "Gasoline/diesel" <br />-> 2 metallic circular containers with approximately a 5 gallon capacity, containing used oil. <br />-> 1 black (heavily stained) 5 gallon bucket containing oily used gloves and rags <br />-> 2 orange 5 gallon containers were found with approximately half an inch of used oil <br />-> 1 cardboard box containing used oily rags and gloves <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.16(b)(1). <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br />compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations.
