The following is an itemized list of CP22 - HW SQG violations that have not been <br />addressed for VALLEY TRANSPORT REFRIGERATION STOCKTON as of August 26, <br />2026. <br />Open violations from July 22, 2025 inspection <br />OBSERVATION: The following Hazardous waste containers were observed on-site with incomplete labeling: <br />-> 1 black 55 gallon drum containing "Oily Solids" <br />-> 1 black 55 gallon drum containing "Gasoline/diesel" <br />-> 2 metallic circular containers with approximately a 5 gallon capacity, containing used oil. <br />-> 1 black (heavily stained) 5 gallon bucket containing oily used gloves and rags <br />-> 2 orange 5 gallon containers were found with approximately half an inch of used oil did not have an accumulation <br />start date. <br />-> 1 cardboard box containing used oily rags and gloves <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the words <br />“Hazardous Waste”, name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition (contents), <br />accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste.
