The business plan was submitted late on 4/17/2025 for the year of 2025. This violation has been corrected. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. This is a Repeat (Class 2) Violation. 10 CA Health and Safety Code 25505(a)(1) 1010004 - Complete and accurate Hazardous Materials Inventory information electronically submitted OBSERVATION: The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for used oil were not complete. The max daily amount list at 110 gallons is incorrect. The business has nine 55 gallon drums totaling a new max daily amount of 440 gallons. Update the max daily amount for used oil to 440 gallons on the chemical inventory fact sheet. REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
