The business plan was last submitted on 5/28/2021. The business plan has not been submitted for the years of 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. Immediately make a new submittal in CERS for 2025. REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Submit a statement to SJC EHD stating that the business will annually certify/submit the annual HMBP to CERS by January 15. REGULATION GUIDANCE :The Hazardous materials inventory information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval.
