Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />This is a pre-final inspection <br />Facility not ready to be issued a permit at this time pending on following items: <br />- The water heater installed is not the proposed Rheem Model ES85-30 with minimum of 30kw, but Rheem Marathon <br />MR85245 with upper heating element of 4500 watts each (total of 9 kw if wired simultaneously, which the water heater does <br />not appear to be). Supply water heater with minimum 30 kw. <br />- Restroom does not meet 3/8 inch coving requirement. EHD will accept it conditionally if the grout lines are sealed. <br />- Provide 120 F hot water at mop sink <br />- Supply restroom with soap and single-use paper towels in dispensers. <br />- Contact City of Lodi for Building permit requirement as a commissary, not just a truck wash <br />OIR emailed to nancy.garcia0609@gmail.com <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
