Based on that study and other known information regarding this site, Environmental <br /> Health Division can only support the proposal with the following requirements per San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title. Other requirements may apply: <br /> A. Sewage disposal shall be served by a package treatment system. The proposed system shall <br /> incorporate and demonstrate nitrate reductions in the final effluent disposal as not to impact <br /> first aquifer quality. A Registered Engineer must design and sign the plans (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2). A review fee of$445.00 shall be submitted to <br /> Environmental Health Division with plans and specifications. <br /> B. Applicant will need to demonstrate sewage disposal design that will serve a proposed peak <br /> amount of parishioners and visitors. In addition, design criteria shall incorporate <br /> Environmental Health Division Standards for sewage disposal design and provide the 100 % <br /> replacement area as required. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.5). <br /> C. There are currently 2 abandoned wells on the project site. The wells shall be destroyed under <br /> permit and inspection by Environmental Health Division prior to issuance of building permits <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.5(e)). <br /> NOTE: The project proposes to keep one well for irrigation purposes. Environmental Health <br /> Division cannot support the proposed location in the parking lot driveway without <br /> providing raised barrier posts protection.
