The property is located at 23874 South Santa <br /> Fe Road, just north of the Stanislaus River and Riverbank in San <br /> Joaquin County, California. One 3-acre parcel will be split off <br /> of the approximate 96 1/2-acre property. A plot plan showing the <br /> approximate location of the property is presented on Plate I of <br /> this report. <br /> This report is to satisfy San Joaquin County requirements as <br /> described in Ordinance No. 3323 , Division 10, Chapter 2 , Section <br /> 9-10100, Item C. Our scope of services was outlined in our <br /> proposal dated September 27, 1990 . Our services were initiated <br /> based on your verbal authorization of that date.
