THE <br /> MARK <br /> In ribGROUP, INC. <br /> ENGINEERS & GEOLOGISTS <br /> April 11, 1995 <br /> 92-1177103 80 <br /> NORCAL Waste Systems, Inc <br /> 5 Thomas Mellon Circle <br /> San Francisco, CA 94134 <br /> Attention Mr Larry Sweetser, Director of Regulatory Affairs <br /> Subject REPORT - Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring - February 1995 <br /> Stockton Scavenger Association Facility <br /> 1240 Navy Dave <br />' Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr Sweetser <br /> 1 The MARK Group, Inc (MARK) has completed the first 1995, quarterly groundwater <br /> monitoring and sampling event for the Stockton Scavenger Association (SSA) Facility located <br /> at 1240 Navy Drive in Stockton, California (See Drawing 1) The monitoring event was <br /> performed on February 1, 1995 and was conducted according to the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) guidelines <br /> Scope of Work <br /> The scope of work for this quarterly monitoring event consisted of the following <br />' ■ Measuring static water levels in three monitoring wells (MW-1, MW-3, and MW-4) <br /> at the site (static water levels were not measured in pumping well MW-2) Well <br /> locations are shown on Drawing 2, <br />' ■ Purging and sampling monitoring wells MW-1, MW-2, MW-3, and MW-4, <br /> ■ Recording groundwater field parameters (pH, temperature, specific conductance, and <br /> turbidity) from each well, <br />' ■ Analyzing the samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel (TPH-D), total <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-G), and benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, <br /> and xylenes, (BTEX), and <br />' e Preparation of this report which includes the results and conclusions regarding the <br /> site groundwater quality <br /> Hookston Square, Suite 120 . 3480 Buskirk Avenue • Pleasant Hill, CA 94523 • (510) 946-1055 • FAX (510) 946-9813 <br />
