(AGE) has prepared this Phase 11 Site Assessment Work Plan for <br /> the properties located at 1350, 1400, and 1450 East Scotts Avenue, Stockton, California <br /> (the subject property). The location of the site is illustrated in Figure 1. A plan of the site <br /> is illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> This work plan is prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (EHD) for procurement of a Drilling Permit. A Well and Boring Permit <br /> Application, Master File Record (MFR), and associated fees are attached. Upon EHD <br /> approval of the permit package, AGE will schedule field work. AGE will provide EHD with <br /> a minimum of 48-hours prior notice for a grout inspection. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> The subject property is comprised of three contiguous parcels totaling approximately 2.5 <br /> acres located along the south side of East Scotts Avenue. Each parcel contains a large <br /> commercial, concrete tilt-up warehouse building separated into three to four suites each. <br /> During the course of an AGE-prepared Phase I Environmental Site Assessment(Phase 1) <br /> of the subject property, dated 23 April 2012, the following Recognized Environmental <br /> Condition (REC) was identified: <br /> Historical REC for past use of the subject property as a laundry facility as noted in <br /> historical directory listings (either Valley Industrial Laundry or Valley Industrial <br /> Services) between 1975 and 1984 within either buildings 1400 Suite B or 1350 <br /> 837 Shaw Road - Stockton, CA 95215 <br /> Telephone (209)467-1006 • Fax (209)467-1118 <br />
