THERE IS ALSO A TRAILER IN THE <br />BACKYARD. POWER STRIPS AND EXTENSION CORDS EVERYWHERE. THE MAIN HOUSE IS FALLING APART. APPROXIMATELY 20 DOGS <br />WERE IN THE BACKYARD. The Deputy reported that <br />there were people living in a trailer, tents and other makeshift structures. The <br />main house was falling apart and the occupant inside was a hoarder. Power strips <br />and extension cords were all over the backyard. There were also two bathtubs in <br />the backyard with several garden hoses on the floor. Approximately 20 dogs and <br />three people were in the backyard when the Deputy was on site. The Deputy <br />informed me that there was a child living in the trailer at the time of arrival. The <br />child was taken to another family member. <br />After the child was taken to another family member, the Deputy left the site. I <br />asked him what he wanted the EHD to do. I informed him of our process for <br />responding to housing complaints during afterhours. He said we did not need to <br />go out to the site today but that he would like someone from our department to <br />inspect it soon. He also wanted this complaint referred to code enforcement. I <br />told him that I would give all of the information to the housing unit on Monday. <br />Updated Muniappa Naidu, Program Coordinator. <br />08/26/2019 Got to the office and discussed the complaint with Melissa Nissim, housing ALANIZ <br />Program Coordinator. Filled out the complaint form. Viewed property in parcel <br />viewer. Completed narrative and filled out overtime slip. Discussed the complaint <br />with Garrett Backus. <br />08/27/2019 Complaint has been put on hold until Sheriff is able to accompany inspector due to SUSZYCKI <br />safety concerns. <br />09/20/2019 Unable to conduct complaint inspection due to safety concerns. Will conduct an BENIAMINE <br />inspection with the Sheriffs Department once they are available. <br />01/03/2020 PREPARED NOTIFICATION OF COMPLAINT OF ALLEGED HOUSING GARCIA <br />VIOLATIONS LETTER. <br />03/17/2020 Received information from Michael Suszycki, House Inspector. that Jose Zacarias, ALANIZ <br />San Joaquin County Code Enforcement Officer,OMINfil/as trying to <br />contact me to get information regarding the complaint.
