Reviewed the previous postings and looked up the property on Parcel Viewer. Visited the property and talked with one of the tenants. I found the sewage trench partially back filled and it appeared that one side of the parcel was draining underground behind the first two units along Annabelle. From hear it was surfacing as leachate and running down the street. The entire property had a smell of sewage, most strongly noticed along Oro Ave. and the field at the southern part of the property. Recorded by SUSZYCKI SUSZYCKI The septic system is still unsecured and not properly covered. The tank is mostly covered by debris and the risers are open and raw sewage is on the ground next to them. The field was very green around these risers. I found a drainage tube underneath the grass but was unable to confirm if it was connected to the system due to it being obscured by the tall green grass. I posted a Sewage Disposal Notice to Abate for the sewage violations. I also posted a Notice to Secure due to the fact that the trench and septic system is not properly secured. The risers are large enough for an adult to fall into and they are hidden in the tall green grass. I observed a small homeless encampment in the field. Created two photographic logs and compiled all the information into a folder to SUSZYCKI give to Michelle H. Site visit with Muni N. We met with , ho is the local property SANGALANG manager. We explained that securement of the septic s stem and clean up of the surfacing sewage is needed today; if not, EHD would hire a contractor to do it now at the owner's expense. Photo log from this morning's site visit. I called Alicia to let her know what needs to be done today. Discussed with Muni N. listing items needing to be corrected today. Completed a Sewage Disposal Notice to Abate with a Continuation Form with the items we discussed.
