Called reporting party Scott Snell who is part of Premium <br />Environmental who is a 3rd party for Western Express. Western Express is the <br />responsible party per Scott. Scott was not on site and received information from <br />the driver but their clean up contractor is Ancon and is on their way to conduct the <br />clean up. <br />12/10/2021 Arrived at Love's and could not find the spill in the parking lot. Walked around the PRESTO <br />auto side gas station and could not find the spill. Walked around the truck side gas <br />station and could not find the spill. Drove to Flying J across the street to see if the <br />spill was actually over there. Could not find it. Followed the GPS directions to the <br />address on the spill report which lead to a field. Called Scott Snell back to see if <br />the clean up contractor was on site and if he knew where exactly the spill was. <br />Scott texted me the phone number to David Weber, project manager and the after <br />hours person for Premium Environmental and Norman Sanchez, Operations <br />Manger with Ancon. Called David who said the Anon is on site in the parking lot. <br />Called Norman who said they are at Love's in Lodi across from Flying J at the <br />Love's truck maintenance shop. <br />12/10/2021 Met with Norman Sanchez who said they are in the process of cleaning the spill on PRESTO <br />the asphalt with absorbent and the spill went into 2 catch basins. They are <br />vacuuming out the catch basins right now and will be leaving all the waste on site <br />temporarily while they await waste profiling. Took some photos and let Norm know <br />that the after hours inspector will contact him to verify spill clean up. He said they <br />will be at the site for a couple more hours. <br />12/10/2021 Called after hours inspector to update on clean up.
